Claudio has spent thirty-five years building AI systems, from Bayesian algorithms in 1988 to today's agentic deployments, with eight patents and more than eighty publications along the way. He holds a PhD and an Executive MBA, directs the Support Office for Research and Innovation Activities at the Université libre de Bruxelles, and is Senior Research Fellow at The Conference Board's Global Innovation and Digital Transformation Institute, where he has led more than forty-five council sessions.

He has worked with over five thousand executives on what changes when machines take on more of the thinking. His book, The Egg Theory, argues that people stay the origin of intent, meaning and judgment. He writes Fresh Eggs, a newsletter on thinking with machines, and works in English, French and Italian.
