Kim designs and runs B2B experiences in venues chosen for their character rather than their convenience, with a stated allergy to copy-paste formats. She has done it for twenty-five years, most of them in settings where the room is full of senior people and nothing is allowed to go wrong.

She spent eight years as Events Manager at ASD, the AeroSpace and Defence Industries Association of Europe, then ran board and council events at SITA, before six years as Executive Liaison Officer at Minafin Group. She has been Managing Director at Key Events since 2024. She holds an Executive Master in Sustainable Transformation of Businesses from Solvay Brussels School, and works in French, English, Spanish and Dutch.
